Hospital bill (end)
If there are amounts for you to pay directly to the Sírio-Libanês Hospital, we will give you an estimate and present a bill before treatment begins, except in an emergency.
Estimated costs for clinical or surgical hospitalization, procedures or tests at the Diagnostic Center or for attendance at the Oncology Center must be paid when treatment starts. The amounts may vary during your treatment. If an additional payment is needed, you will be notified immediately.
In an emergency, you can pay for the treatment afterwards, unless you are hospitalized. In this case, the account must be settled during your stay in the hospital.

Physicians’ fees
Physicians’ fees are charged separately from the hospital bill and must be paid in cash in the physician’s office or in the Physicians’ Fees sector. Talk to us if you have questions about this or need any help.
In-patient preregistration (end)
To make it easier when you are admitted to the Sírio-Libanês Hospital, download the form, if possible 72 hours in advance. The purpose of preregistration is to speed up the process, but it does not guarantee that a bed will be reserved for you.
If you have any queries, contact the team at the International Patient Service Center.
International insurance (end)
The Sírio-Libanês Hospital has links with more than 60 insurance companies, and can treat patients with travel insurance or international insurance.
For international insurance companies, you must present your insurance card and the hospital will apply for authorization. This is required for any procedure or treatment at the hospital. Contact us for a list of the insurance companies we can accept.
For travel insurance, two options are available:
The insurance company will arrange to send authorization for treatment through an intermediary with which the hospital works; In some cases, the insurance company will ask the patient to pay for the treatment and then apply for reimbursement.
